About Us

I am a seasoned businessperson who has worked in investment management, property management, and manufacturing, reinventing myself as necessary. I have been a managing director, president, and CEO. I have run departments ranging from IT, Lease Administration, Marketing and Sales.

I have a degree in English and History from the University of Illinois, a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, I have completed the Stagen Leadership Academy's 52-week Integral Leadership Program, and have written three books, including one on leadership. I have been an interested trustee of the Henderson Global Funds Board and a board member of THRE, a $20 billion joint venture between TIAA-CREF and Henderson Global Investors. I was a board member of Olson Urban Housing, LLC, a Southern California-based home builder, from 2009-2014 and re-joined the board in 2020.

I am married with 6 children and enjoy gardening, reading, and running. I have run over 35 marathons and a handful of ultramarathons, including a 250-mile ultramarathon through the deserts and pine forests of Arizona.
